Body Composition Measurement: How do I know we are successfully reaching your goals if we don't measure your progress?  With measurements we can track your starting and ending results! 

All classes are 30 minutes.  I offer them Monday through Saturday morning and evening.

Full body blast!  Using barbells or dumbbells.  It tones and strengthens your entire body.  This workout will challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.  The music will motivate you to push to the very end.  After you leave you still burn calories.  It elevates your metabolism 24 hours after!



This is an enhanced form of interval training.  It alternates periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.  This short, intense workout will provide you with improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.



Extreme conditioning including cardiovascular and strength training which vary every class to generate 'muscle confusion'.  An incredible heart-pumping, fat-burning workout!  This workout combines a variety of sports-conditioning drills and exercises to offer a high-intensity class.  You will burn 2 times the fat and calories versus cardio on a treadmill or stair climber.  This class is great for all fitness levels.  Be prepared to sweat!


You will exercise muscles around the core.  This will give your body more stability and strength.  Balance training will give you a well rounded body.  Balance is extremely important as we age.  Having a strong core is the foundation of your whole body.
