You will receive a FREE 45 minute assessment were you will learn new training techniques and have the opportunity to ask questions and get clarity on any confusion or questions you may have.

We will determine and set measurable goals.  Objectively evaluate your present level of physical fitness with some basic movement screens and discuss personal habits and health history.  I will create a plan to help you get to your goals.
