Soul Fit Forever


Soul Fit Forever is a fitness program designed for adults 50-75 years young.  With safe strength and conditioning exercises, we’ll improve your mobility, reduce pain, and increase your levels of energy—possibly giving you more energy than you’ve ever had before!

We will work on the four most critical factors that you need—Functional Mobility, Power, Balance, and Stamina—so that you can live an active and independent life and enjoy all those grand adventures ahead of you!

*Small groups from 6-8 so you can get personal trainer attention.
*L.I.I.T. (Low Impact Interval Training) is made up of a mix of low-impact exercise intervals and generous rest intervals. Do regular sessions and the results could be lower blood pressure, stronger bones and muscles, and a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, some cancers and stroke.

Lunch Crunch Workout
Lunch Crunch is built for workers that only have a half an hour to squeeze in a workout.  Thos who want to get back into the game or join the game for the first time.  All levels welcome.  Done at higher intensity levels but can always be modified.
We work on strength building, stamina, core and balance.  Using body weight exercises mixed with barbells and/or dumbbells.  Always a new workout every time you come.
